Key Points

  • All our goods are manufactured on demand.
  • We do (so far) not offer free returns.
  • We support purchases from and to the EU only (so far).
  • Color-customized products are available but we can't refund those in case you change your mind.

Ordering

Ordering at LURABLE works just as you may expect:

  1. You add the items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart.
  2. Checkout: You specify where you would like us to ship those items and select a shipping option.
  3. You review your complete order details (incl. prices and shipping fee).
  4. You choose a payment method and complete payment.

International Orders

We currently support both orders from and shipping addresses within the EU only (however we hope to include additional regions soon).

    Custom Color Combos

    We invite you to request your own personal favorite custom 2-color combinations for any of our 2023 suits. Find the Request Form link here or on any of our product pages.

    After we receive your request we will send you a link to your custom color-variant product page as soon as we have set it up (please allow for some time for that. as we manage to get that process automatized). 

    Manufacture

    Our products are typically manufactured on demand, meaning that after your order comes in, it may take some 3-7 business days before your order is ready for shipping.

    Shipping

    For EU customers:

    • Shipping time will be 6-8 business days.
    • Shipments originate from locations within the EU, so you can expect there to be no customs-related extra-fees or hold-ups at international borders.

    Outside the EU:

    • Both shipping as well as billing addresses outside the EU are currently not supported.

      Returns, Replacements, Refunds

      Items in Faulty Condition

      Naturally, for any item that arrives in faulty condition (i.e. different than advertised, f.e. damaged, degraded, of wrong color, of wrong size, mislabelled or a wrong product altogether):

      • we offer a free replacement or, alternatively, a refund (including the shipping fee).
      In such an event please simply get in touch with us by emailing to support@lurable-you.com with your order details, photos documenting the faultiness of the items in question, and your preferred course of action, so we can resolve the matter swiftly.

        Items in Good Condition

        When items are delivered to you in good condition (i.e. just as advertised),

        • for standard variant product items, we grant you a 28-day period (starting at the time of delivery) to withdraw from your purchase contract, without asking for a reason. Please note that we currently grant this freedom only to customers within the EU.
        • for individually customized product items, we do not offer a general right to withdraw from your purchase contract. This is because it would be close to impossible to find a new buyer for those goods.
        In order to process a withdrawal from purchase contract we will need the information requested in our Cancellation Form (here) .

          Returning Items

            Before sending any goods back to us please get in touch, such that

            • we can know what your shipment is about. What's more,
            • our preferred return address may vary depending on the reasons for your return, and finally
            • we might not even need you to send anything back in order to resolve the issue for you.

            Our return addresses are all within the EU, and it will typically be the address of our warehouse in Germany or the address your order shipment originated from, depending on the reason for your return.

            We do currently not offer to cover shipping fees for returning goods to us.

            FAQ

            When will I get my order?

            For EU customers:

            • From the time you placed your order to the time your shipment arrives it will likely take: (3 to 7 days) + (6 to 8 days) = 9 to 15 days.

            Where will my order ship from?

            For EU customers:

            • from a location within the EU.

            Will I be charged customs for my order?

            For EU customers:

            • No

            My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

            Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
                    ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
                    ● Ask your local post office if they have your package
                    ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
                    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@lurable-you.com  with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but we will ask you to cover the additional shipping cost.

            How are your products made?

            We work with a manufacture-on-demand partner. They have locations EU-wide, so depending on where you are, your orders are crafted at and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

            How do I track my order?

            You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@lurable-you.com .

            I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

            In that case we are sorry and hope you will accept our apologies. To help us resolve this matter for you quickly, please email us at support@lurable-you.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

            What’s your return policy?

            Do you offer refunds?

            We offer refunds for product items delivered to you in a faulty condition (damaged, wrong size, wrong color, wrong product), and for standard variant (non-customized) product items, as long as you stay within the respective time periods.

            Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

            You can withdraw from one purchase (within limits pointed out above and in our Return Policy) and you can carry out a new purchase. And Yes, you can call those two actually independent steps an exchange.

            However, please note, since our products are manufactured on demand, that for each product variant you "try on" in this manner you will most likely cause the actual production of a new physical item. That's why, in the interest of waste avoidance and our own sanity as a small start-up, we like to encourage all our customers to only order those items they in fact intend to keep.
